Website use
The information on this site is provided for general guidance about residential and light commercial electrical work. It is not a substitute for an on-site evaluation by a licensed electrician, and it does not create a contractor–client relationship on its own. Do not rely on any article or checklist here to perform electrical work yourself.
Requesting service
Contacting us by phone is a request for service, not a binding agreement. A contractor–client relationship begins only when we agree on a scope of work and you approve a price. We may decline or refer out work that is outside our licensing, capacity or service area.
Estimates, diagnostics and pricing
- Estimates for planned installations are provided at no obligation.
- Repair and troubleshooting visits carry a diagnostic fee that covers the trip and testing. Where we complete the repair, that fee is credited toward the work.
- Prices are quoted as a flat rate for a defined scope. If the scope changes once work is under way, any change in price is presented to you for approval before we continue.
- Emergency and after-hours visits carry a call-out rate that we disclose before dispatch.
- Payment is due on completion unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept cash, check and major credit cards.
Permits and inspections
Where a permit and inspection are required by the local authority having jurisdiction, we pull the permit and schedule the inspection as part of the job unless we state otherwise in writing. Permit and inspection fees may be billed separately.
Workmanship warranty
We warrant our workmanship on completed repairs and installations. Parts and equipment we supply carry the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, alteration by others, power surges where surge protection was declined, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions outside the agreed scope. Warranty claims should be reported to us promptly.
Access and site conditions
You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and for disclosing known hazards (for example concealed wiring, pets, or structural issues). We are not responsible for pre-existing code violations or defects outside the scope you approved, though we will point them out when we find them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Georgia law, our liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount you paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Customer reviews and photos shown on this site are used with permission. Results vary by home and project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.
